Bravilor Aurora SGH (Single High)

The Bravilor Bonamat Aurora Single High (SGH) is a premium thermal brewer that produces filter coffee directly into a portable dispenser. The intuitive touchscreen offers pre-set programmes for mild, regular and dark roast, while professionals can fine-tune every parameter – water temperature, coffee-to-water ratio, pre-wet time and brewing duration. The water bypass feature enables further customisation. The Aurora brews 5 litres in less than 15 minutes using an optimised spray head that extracts the best aromatic flavours. It brews in three volumes (2, 3.5 and 5 litres) and meets the SCAE Gold Cup standard for filter coffee. RFID cards allow easy transfer of settings between Aurora units, and day/cumulative counter data is recorded automatically.
