The Bravilor Bonamat Aurora Twin Low (TWL) brews filter coffee directly into two dispenser bases simultaneously, each with independent temperature settings for serving two different coffees. The Aurora Twin brews 10 litres in less than 15 minutes using a spray head optimised for aromatic extraction. It offers four brew volumes (1.9 Airpot, 2, 3.5 and 5 litres per side) and meets the SCAE Gold Cup standard. The touchscreen provides pre-set programmes plus full professional control over water temperature, coffee-to-water ratio, pre-wet and brewing time. RFID cards enable easy settings transfer between Aurora units, and the water bypass feature allows further recipe customisation.
