Yes. We provide Jura coffee machine servicing in London and across the UK.

We recommend servicing your Jura machine at least once a year to maintain performance, protect warranty coverage, and reduce the risk of breakdowns. High-usage environments such as cafés may benefit from quarterly servicing.

If you purchase an Extended Warranty, it will add 12 months to your current warranty without a gap. This can only be done after a full chargeable service and must be within your existing warranty period. The Extended Warranty includes parts and labour but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or incorrect operation. Consumables and general maintenance are not included. Jura machines over 5 years old are not eligible for the Extended Warranty, but they can still be serviced.

Every service includes a full inspection, deep internal cleaning, diagnostics, calibration, and replacement of common wear parts such as gaskets and filters where required. You will also receive a post-service report.

A Jura Giga Range service plan starts at £575 per year. These machines come with 24 months warranty as standard, so the service plan applies from the 3rd year onwards. For general service outside of a plan, the current cost is around £165 for call-out and the first hour, plus additional labour and parts. Filters are charged based on the model fitted.
