Franke – Service Package

The pricing table includes the following service activities provided by Franke Coffee Systems Service Department and Coffee Lady’s employed Field Service Engineers:

• Seven Days per Week Call Out
• 364 Days per Annum
• All Service Requests attended to within 24 Hours and within Standard Business Working Hours
• One x Annual 40,000 Drinks or Annual Full Service Including thermoblock
• One Pressure Vessel Inspection and certification or attendance with 3rd Party Insurance Inspector at the same time as the annual service
• One Brita Water Filter Cartridge Exchange, fitted at the time of the annual service, if applicable
• Parts & Labour (Exceptions listed below)
• Cleaning Materials for all the machines are available from Coffee Lady
• Machines over 5 years old are subject to a surcharge above the listed costs

Exceptions

• No replacement of required Water Filter Cartridges if required in excess of the one unit as mentioned above creating water scale issues
• Calls created by scale
• Calls created by lack of or incorrect cleaning
• Misuse, Abuse & Negligence
• Vendon, Franke IoT, Vianet
• Any Payment Solutions
• Screens and Grinder Burrs
• No Fault Found
• Cleaning issues
• Powdered Milk Options Only
• Model Without Cleaning Materials
• Cleaning Materials – not included
