Eureka Oro Mignon XL – Premium Prosumer Espresso Grinder
From Eureka’s premium Oro range – launched to celebrate 100 years of excellence – the Mignon XL packs 65mm Diamond Inside burrs into the compact Mignon body. Diamond Inside is Eureka’s patented cryogenic treatment process that creates a crystal structure for superior wear resistance, keeping burrs sharp for up to 1,300kg of coffee.
The upgraded 1,650 RPM motor delivers 2.3-2.8g per second with Silent Technology for whisper-quiet operation. Touch display with two programmable doses plus continuous mode, and a sloped ELR grinding chamber for extremely low retention.
