Franke – Service Package

The following activities supplied by Franke Coffee Systems Service Department and own employed Field Service Engineers
This is a guideline to what you should be getting for your extended warranty after 12 months.

One x annual 40,000 drinks or annual full service including thermoblock.

• All service requests were attended to within 24 hours and within standard business working hours.
• 364 days per annum.
• Seven days per week call out.
• 2 x Customer Care Visits scheduled to include a full audit, exchange of milk & coffee hoses, brewer
• sieves and full clean of all appliances.
• Cleaning materials dispatched where applicable for the ongoing 12-month period at the same time as the
• annual service.
• Parts & labour (exceptions listed below)
• One Brita water filter cartridge exchange, fitted at the time of the annual service.
• One Pressure Vessel Inspection and certification or attendance with 3rd party insurance inspector at the
• same time as the annual service.

Exceptions

• Vendon, Franke IoT, Vianet.
• Misuse, abuse & negligence.
• Calls created by lack of or incorrect cleaning.
• Calls created by scale.
• No replacement of required water filter cartridges if required in excess of the one unit as mentioned above
• Creating water scale issues

If you do not wish to take out the extended warranty options then the call out charges / labour / parts will be applied
All prices quoted are Ex Vat and subject to manufacturers increasing them periodically.
